About Us
We are a family microbrewery with a restaurant and pension, located in a beautiful mountain setting, just a few metres from the botanically most valuable meadow of the Orlické Mountains and ten metres from the state border with Poland.
My name is Martin Nauš and I am the brewer and owner. I brew beer without compromise, just as it should be done and as best I can. Most of what I know, I learned at the Albrecht brewery in Frýdlant, where I completed a retraining course in Brewing and Malting work and practice.
I brew beer with love and humility towards this beautiful craft, in which there is always something to discover and learn. The world of beer is amazing and fascinating. Discovering new flavours and fine-tuning recipes is a never-ending pastime and hobby for me.
