Brewing beer is not a competition

Pivovar

Beer is our passion. Having your own independent microbrewery is
a great thing. You can brew what you want,
when you want, how and as much beer as you want.

Respecting beer styles is important, but beer experiments are an integral part of the development of this craft.

The technology we use for brewing is a classic two-vessel brewhouse with a wort volume of 10 hl. The brewhouse is located in the restaurant hall and forms a design element of the entire interior. The heating of the wort pan is ensured by an electric steam generator.

We have two lager cellars located in the original historic cellar of the building, with a total of 6 CK tanks and 11 lager tanks. All tanks are equipped with cooling duplicators, so the cooling of the beer takes place separately for each tank.

The maximum total output of the brewery can be up to 3,000 hl/year depending on the type of beer produced.

As part of the grant, the following were purchased: 2 CK tanks, 1 lager tank, a semi-automatic bottle filler, 150 KEG barrels, 3 storage containers incl. heat pump, 1 container cooling box, renovation of parking and handling area.

As part of the Beer Trail project, the following were co-financed: 20 information boards, 15 benches, 20 waste bins.
