I realise we are still at the beginning. But what awaits us is, in one word, exciting. I can't wait for all the other beers I plan to brew. Whatever beer style I drink, I expect the beer to be delicious and in no way boring.

I love indicating the degree of beers, which is why you'll find the appropriate number on every bottle of ours. In my opinion, the flagship of every Czech brewery is the pale lager 12°. The world of 'ales' is also amazingly interesting and unexplored, and I could never make do with just lagers.

For our beers we use carefully selected ingredients — we make no compromises.

Water, from which we brew our beers, is very soft, clean spring water from our own surface source. Given that there is no industrial production in the area, that no fertilisers have been used for more than 30 years, and that the local pastures far and wide are grazed only by cows and sheep, it is first-class, unaffected water.

Malt that we use for Czech lagers comes mainly from the malthouse in Mšeno near Mladá Boleslav. Malts for other lagers come from the Kounice malthouse. For specials we use mainly malts from the German malthouse Wayerman or from the British malthouse Simpsons.

Hops for Czech lagers we buy from Czech growers. For specials we select hops from around the world depending on the beer style.

Yeast — we use different strains depending on the type of beer. For lagers they come from the research institute in Prague or from the Bernard brewery. For special beers we most often use yeast from the company Fermentis.

All our beers are unfiltered
and unpasteurised.

We pack our beer in 1 l glass bottles with a porcelain patent stopper. Some limited editions in 0.33 l bottles.

Our range also includes disposable 5 l party kegs and of course KEG barrels with a capacity of 15 l, 30 l and 50 l. We use type A (FLACH) tap, i.e. flat.

Migula 12°

Premium light lager

12 % EPM 37 IBU 5,2 % alk. obj.

The Easter special, a Bavarian-style lager, was named MIGULA. Why? As a tribute and memory of one of the most important inhabitants of our village. Oskar Migula was a German citizen of Olešnice, O.h., who founded and operated the local brewery in 1869 until his death in 1929, when his sons Richard and Walbert took over. They continued until 1945, when the brewery closed with the end of World War II. In addition to the Pilsner pale malt, we also used Bavarian and Vienna malts in the brewing process. We hopped it four times with SAAZ and Perle varieties, brewed it to two rums and left it in our cellars for eight weeks. And how does it taste? It has a subtle caramel flavour, lower bitterness, fine bite, fuller body and a rich creamy head.

Wrath of the Kremlin 14°

Red India Pale Ale

14 % EPM 61 IBU 6,1 % alk. obj.

After the Agent managed to infiltrate the very head of Russian intelligence, send the most classified information to his people, and disappear after completing his mission, all hell broke loose in the Kremlin. Their distinctly bitter experience is reflected in this Red IPY, as is the deep red color of the Moscow sky.

Berliner Weisse Fruity

11 % EPM 11 IBU 4,3 % alk. obj.

Moves is our range of sours for the hot summer season. The first of this series we brewed Berliner Weisse, also known as the Champagne of the North. Well, when champagne, we added white grapes and strawberries. Perfect for any party.

Spring 11°

Light lager

11 % EPM 35 IBU 4,3 % alk. obj.

A completely different lager than the one we brew all year round and that you are used to. We used different malts, different yeasts and different varieties of Czech hops. We chose a different brewing process. The goal was to brew a medium to deeply fermented beer with high drinkability, lower but still pronounced bitterness that flows back and forth on the tongue with the malt base. IBU 35

Hosokawa Clan13°

India pale lager

13 % EPM 38 IBU 5,6 % alk. obj.

The first new beer of 2022. The Hosokawa clan was the longest reigning samurai clan in Japan. For nearly 600 years, it decided life and death in half of Japan. The recipe for our second IPL-style beer thus features hops grown in Japan, otherwise the recipe is of course as secret as Agent. IBU 38

Premium Pale Lager 12°

Premium light lager

12 % EPM 52 IBU 5,5 % alk. obj.

Twelve Pale Lager is the flagship of every brewery, and putting together the recipe was a great challenge for us. The aim was to achieve a stronger, fuller-bodied beer with a higher alcohol content, higher subtle bitterness and a cut. The result is a beer with a beautiful colour and unique taste, which we achieved thanks to exclusively Czech ingredients and soft mountain water.

Komplic 12°

American Weizen

12 % EPM 28 IBU 5,0 % alk. obj.

The agent works almost exclusively alone, but there are situations when he also needs a partner - an accomplice. In response to numerous requests, we brewed our first wheat beer. And since there are several good German-style wheats around, we made ours American-style. The result is a heavily cloudy, pale wheat beer with an almost unreasonable amount of American aromatic hops in a double cold hopped brew.

Chicago 13°

India Pale Lager

13 % EPM 45 IBU 5,5 % alk. obj.

The 13° phenomenon

American Pale Ale

13 % EPM 43 IBU 5,7 % alk. obj.

As the name suggests, this is an exceptional beer, not only because of its unusual taste, dominated by notes of red grapefruit and gooseberry. Its uniqueness also lies in its sparkling amber colour, rich white creamy head and delicate citrus aroma. The bitterness that remains at the root of your tongue literally invites you to take another sip. The body is maltier. Not a classic representative of the American Pale Ale style, this beer was designed for die-hard "lager drinkers" as an intermediate step into the world of pure ales.

Pale lager 11°

Light lager

11 % EPM 44 IBU 4,9 % alk. obj.

Our elevener lager, brewed to two rmouths, is a highly drinkable beer with a fuller body, higher subtle bitterness, a rich white creamy head and a medium set cut. Its unique taste was achieved by combining three exclusively Czech hops and a blend of three Czech malts.

Black Gun 15°

Irish Stout

15 % EPM 44 IBU 6,1 % alk. obj.

Our first stout Black Gun will disarm all beer drinkers who are fans of strong flavours. It is characterised by an impenetrable black colour with ruby highlights and a full creamy brown head, whose aroma is based on notes of roasted coffee beans, quality dark chocolate and caramel. After sipping, the taste changes from sweet to bitter, with a predominantly coffee flavour and a chocolate finish. The result is a medium-bodied, semi-dry and highly drinkable Irish-style beer.

Sacred Weapon 22°

Imperial Stout

22 % EPM 33 IBU 9,0 % alk. obj.

We like black beers, that's why we brew so many of them. This Imperial Stout was a challenge for us, we have never brewed such a strong beer in our brewery before and it was a bit of a purgatory. Brewing started at 4am and finished at midnight. You'll find coffee notes in the beer along with dark chocolate and a whiff of hazelnut.

light draught beer

10° light bottom-fermented beer. The classic 10° is a less bitter, very smooth beer with a rich thick head, deeply fermented so that it can be drunk all evening. After drinking it, an amused feeling remains in the mouth. IBU28
You may know that I'm a big Rugby fan. This beer is named FLY HALF after the Rugby player who wears the number 10. In English, his post translates as attacking clutch. He's the player who thinks up the team's play and determines what will be played. He is the most technically equipped and often the most important player on the field.
